All Points East: Cleo Sol ‘Provenance’ adds more acts

All Points East 2025 will open with ‘Provenance’ – a landmark show featuring a headline set from Cleo Sol, joined by Chronixx and SAULT for a world-exclusive performance, marking a major moment for the East London festival.

A final wave of acts joining this exclusive lineup in Victoria Park on Friday 15 August are: 00ab, CARI, Demae, fliss, Nia Wyn, Sabyna, Safii Koii, and Yves Jarvis. This stellar range of artists joins the previously announced acts, including Gotts Street Park, Joe Kay, Jordss b2b Karen Nyame KG, Kirk Franklin, Ms. Dynamite, Nao and Sasha Keable, plus Cupra North Arena curated by No Signal.

They join Cleo Sol, Chronixx and SAULT in an incredibly powerful billing. The All Points East 2025 headliners are: Cleo Sol (Friday 15 August), Chase & Status (Saturday 16 August), Barry Can’t Swim (Friday 22 August), RAYE (Saturday 23 August) and The Maccabees on Sunday 24 August.

Upper Clapton artist 00ab is a self-proclaimed dreamer. His sound is expensive, yet intricate. 00ab’s 2023 single ‘Menance’ put him on the radar as a rising UK artist. The styled-out single proved what this fresh UK talent can do best: a rapper well-accustomed with clean production, lush beats and a funky blend of jazz and vulnerable lines on what it means to aim high in love, studded with thoughts on his ex-girlfriend. Detailing his music with lyrics about his own life, the East London artist is developing a bold discography, showcasing his talent as a new musician.

West-Londoner CARI’s warmly inquisitive aura is as equally rooted in personality as it is regionality. Native to Shepherd’s Bush, CARI wasn’t always enamoured with the idea of singing as a vocation, but was wedded to the art form throughout her childhood. Raised as a Seventh-day Adventist, her experiences at Eden Independent, a school that focused on the same religion, informs her first musical memory: “I really got to experience and witness gospel music. I didn’t sing at first, but I played the piano and drums.” Inheriting his love of rare groove, lovers rock and reggae, CARI’s ear migrated across musical architects including The Isley Brothers and Phyllis Hyman. Striking an ideal balance of subdued and poignancy, CARI is ready to shed more of her skin. Formally titled FLUX, the artist’s seven-track EP sees her not only embrace the scars and scorn of her last romantic endeavour, but also lean into self-worth and cherishing honesty as her battle scars.

A multidisciplinary artist born and raised in Harlesden, North-West London, Demae’s music draws from a wide palette of influences including golden-era hip-hop, soul, jazz and ambient R&B. Her creative journey began with home recordings and genre-fusing experiments, leading to the release of her breakout debut “Life Works Out…Usually” and the Maelibmixtape, which earned praise from BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra and 6 Music tastemakers such as Benji B, Jamz Supernova and CassKidd.

Chester-born fliss combines R&B, soul and downtempo pop to create her chilled sound. FLISS made her name after releasing demos on SoundCloud while working on her skills as a songwriter. Now, the newcomer has crafted her sound into its bold, unique palette, bringing her perspective and touch to her music. Now living in Manchester, FLISS will be giving us a taste of her soothing, ethereal style at this year’s All Points East.

Welsh soul artist Nia Wyn has a talent for raw and powerful storytelling. Growing up in a small town in North Wales, Nia struggled with mental illness, isolation and confusion around her identity, taking solace in old records she found and playing guitar in her room. Inspired by the soul that came out of Philadelphia, Memphis and Detroit in the 60s and 70s, Nia writes, produces and sings songs about modern issues – queerness, neurodivergence, hard times people face in the UK, and mental health. Nia’s prior achievements include supporting Paul Weller, Paloma Faith, Durand Jones and Say She She, performing at Glastonbury, Greenman, Latitude, SXSW London, LIDO and Lytham Festival, and sync placements on FIFA 21 and Shondaland’s Station 19. Having recently released her debut album ‘A Pleasure To Have In Class’, Nia has been announced as one of AMEX Unsigned’s 2025 roster, and is currently working on new music with Paul Weller at his studio in Surrey.

Newcomer SABYNA is known for her versatile mix of pop and R&B. Drawn to melodies and moving lyrics, the London-based artist has quickly grown a dedicated following online, becoming well known for her emotional, passionate singing tone.

Safii Koii, a North London singer and producer, is inspired by unconventionality. Learning and listening to the likes of  FKA twigs, Gorillaz, Janelle Monáe, Toro y Moi, and James Blake, she pours her emotionality deep into her music, giving an honest and open look into her world.

Yves Jarvis’s, aka Jean-Sébastien Yves Audet, artistic ambition is all about creative expression, brazen songcraft and pure musicianship. His three-time-Polaris-longlisted album, All Cylinders, is set into the stuff of verses and choruses, hooks and hits, which vibrates like a cosmic anthropology. The goal became to articulate these songs as purely and as simply as possible. At home, in the studio, at subletted apartments in Montreal and L.A.—he’d roll out of bed and get straight to work, plugging his gear into a half-broken laptop. Yves Jarvis is distinguished by his sound—a warm, vivid thing that feels at once like a handknit piece of fabric and a sheet of precious metal. Now, he’s ready to bring his elegant soundscape to All Points East.

For 2024, All Points East welcomed another round of huge headliners Kaytranada, Loyle Carner, Mitski, LCD Soundsystem, APE presents Field Day and The Postal Service & Death Cab For Cutie and carefully curated guest lineups for each day. Between the weekends, In The Neighbourhood returned for four days of activities and free entry in Victoria Park.

This year’s Amex Afters with Barry Can’t Swim follows the huge success of previous events, including TEMS in 2024 and in 2023 Little Simz at Village Underground.
