ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Our highest priority is to make you happy, so everyone who shops on fabfestivals.co.uk receives the following guarantees:

• Refund if the item is not as described or damaged;
• Refund minus the shipping cost if the customer does not want the product they received. The customer must return the item at his expense to our warehouse and the item must be unused.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

• Your customer’s order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer;
• Your customer’s order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).

• In the event of a refund, return, or exchange request from the customer, contact our Customer Support team via email at info@fabfestivals.co.uk and include the evidence if required.
  please submmit your request within 2 business days after the order is delivered;

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
