ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your customer’s order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer;
- Your customer’s order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).

We offer a full 15 days from date of purchase to return your item(s) back to us for your choice of store credit or full refund. Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges.
