Radiohead are back: first tour in seven years includes four nights at London’s O2. It’s been a long wait, but Radiohead are finally hitting the road again. The band have just confirmed their first tour in seven years, with four huge nights lined up at the O2 Arena in London this winter. Tickets are already hot property, with unlock codes being released this week.
Hints of a return started to surface when mysterious flyers began appearing in cities across Europe, sparking a wave of online speculation. The deed is done - Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood, Philip Selway, Ed O'Brien and Colin Greenwood will play only five cities in November and December of 2025, in Europe - London, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam and Barcelona.
It's their first proper run of shows since 2018 when they toured for A Moon Shaped Pool. The band has been fairly quiet since then, as each member after this point, have been focusing on solo projects and collaborations (side projects). This announcement comes just after the release of a live version of the album Hail to the Thief that reminds us of just how powerful a live Radiohead show can be.
There is no indication whether new music is on the horizon, but a band like Radiohead can always throw in a surprise. What is certain is these shows will be the most sought after tickets in 2025. Fans are being urged to sign up early for presale access, as demand is already sky-high.
Seven years is a long time to wait – but for Radiohead devotees, four nights at the O2 will feel like a homecoming worth every second.
