Parklife Festival, Manchester’s iconic music event, has unveiled the first wave of its 2025 lineup, with pop superstar Charli XCX confirmed as the headline act. The festival returns to Heaton Park next summer, and excitement is already building as tickets are now on sale.
Charli XCX, whose latest album Brat became a defining sound of the summer, will lead the festival’s lineup. Her seven Grammy nominations, including a nod for Album of the Year, underline her status as one of the most influential artists of her generation. Fans can expect a high-energy performance packed with hits.
Joining Charli on the bill are a host of acclaimed acts spanning multiple genres. Highlights include electro-pop sensation Confidence Man, the euphoric sounds of DJ Heartstring, and Salute presents True Vision. Local talent is also represented, with garage pioneer Interplanetary Criminal and Manchester’s own poet-turned-musician Antony Szmierek set to take the stage.
Dance and electronic music fans have plenty to look forward to, with performances from Prospa, techno favourite Ki/Ki, and the dynamic collective Girls Don’t Sync. Further adding to the stellar lineup are Bakey, sim0ne, and the deep house vibes of Chaos In The CBD, alongside LGBTQ+ nightlife icons Jodie Harsh and Gina Breeze.
With such an impressive first wave of announcements, Parklife 2025 is already shaping up to be one of the must-attend festivals of the summer. Tickets are now available via the official website, and organisers are urging fans to act quickly, as demand is expected to be high.
The full lineup will be revealed in January, but the initial announcements have already cemented Parklife’s reputation as one of the UK’s premier festivals. Don’t miss your chance to be part of an unforgettable weekend of music and culture at Heaton Park.
