Uptown Is Almost Here – Set Times & Info You Need to Know
The countdown is on — Uptown’s stage times are live, and we look forward to seeing you on Blackheath Common, Sunday 27th July 2025 for some great music, sunshine and good vibes. Gates will open at 2PM, last entry at 6PM and that’s plenty of time to party until 10PM, so don’t be late, we will not be able to let you re-enter once you are in. Please check out this quick info guide before your arrival so that you can run your day as smoothly as possible.
🎟 Entry
Please ensure your ticket is easy to access, either on your phone (with the barcode clearly visble) or printed out. If you have VIP tickets you will receive wrist bands when you arrive. Also, don’t forget a proper ID (especially if you want to buy drinks). We will be using Challenge 25, so don’t panic if we ask you! The name on your ticket doesn’t need to match your ID… Tickets are only valid for Sunday 27th July and you can still buy tickets from the official ticket outlets – Skiddle, Ticketmaster, See Tickets or Event IM.
📍 Location
We are at Blackheath Common, Shooters Hill Road, SE3 7AS. As a reminder, plan to travel in advance, allow ample time for security, and arrive early to soak in the atmosphere!

🔒 Entry & Safety Info
Everyone will be searched at the gate – it’s part of keeping things safe for everyone. Re-entry isn’t allowed, so once you’re in, you’re in! Just a heads-up: there’s zero tolerance on drugs, including NOS. Security will be strict on this, and illegal items will lead to removal and potentially getting the police involved.
🚫 What Not to Bring
- No alcohol, food, or drink from outside
- No glass, aerosols, vapes, or perfume
- No big bags – A4 size or smaller only
- No chairs, but blankets or lay bags are fine
- No pro camera gear or sharp objects
Any prohibited items found during bag checks won’t be returned, so best to leave them at home.
🍔 Food & Drink
Don’t worry about going hungry – we’ll have loads of food stalls and bars on site, with veggie and vegan options too. Vendors accept both card and cash. You can bring an empty reusable water bottle – we’ll have free refill stations throughout the site. Got a dietary or medical concern? Email us ahead of time at: info@thefestivalcrowd.com.
☀️ What to Bring / Wear
The forecast is looking good, so dress for the weather – suncream, shades, a hat, and light clothing (no long sleeved shirts). Stay hydrated, stay relaxed, and get ready to dance all day!
🧍 A Little Respect Goes A Long Way
When arriving or leaving please be considerate of our neighbours. Take your rubbish to the rubbish bins, follow the guidance of the stewards, and let’s do our best to keep Blackheath looking beautiful!
