Henley Festival is one of the most exclusive events in the UK-a boutique affair swathed in black tie elegance, unfolding over five glorious days to celebrate the pinnacle of UK and International music and arts. In fact, it is a unique event, putting together a diverse spectrum of musical genres, from pop to world beats, classical to jazz, where art and gourmet food take over from the music.

Sunday afternoons become a family playground with the magical evenings, replete with children's entertainers, face-painting artists, and fanciful clowns, turning the venue into a wonderland almost out of a fairy tale. Behold, the captivating Playdate at Henley Festival!

But it is more than entertainment for us; it's to make a difference. Every year, our team is driven by dedication to weave great music, good food, hilarious comedy, and inspiring art into unforgettable experiences that leave lifelong impressions on our valued guests, sponsors, and partners.

In celebration of our 40th anniversary in 2022, we launched RISE, a project created to foster and support the emerging generation of creatives. RISE provides paid opportunities for emerging musicians, comedians, and visual artists, plus paid internships with leading lighting and sound companies and in marketing and PR-to nurture the behind-the-scenes stars of the future. Nurturing local emerging talent is close to our community ethos and really adds to the flavor of our festival each year.

But then, we are all in this together, and every single team member who assists us-from the performing artists to the attending guests and now beneficiaries of the RISE initiative-is important. But always true to a vision carved on the platform of inclusiveness and empowerment-for creation anew, the very same condition of importance given back unto oneself on festival premise for others.
