In commemoration of our 40th anniversary in 2022, we launched RISE, an initiative aimed at nurturing and empowering the next generation of creative talents. RISE offers paid opportunities for budding musicians, comedians, and visual artists, while also providing paid internships with esteemed lighting and sound companies, as well as in marketing and PR, to cultivate the backstage stars of tomorrow. Fostering local emerging talent resonates deeply with our community ethos, enriching our festival's essence year upon year.
