Parklife, Manchester's premier two-day music festival, was set to electrify Heaton Park on Saturday, June 8th, and Sunday, June 9th, 2024. Renowned for its dynamic blend of dance, electronic, pop, and hip-hop music, the festival had become a highlight of the city's cultural calendar.
The unveiling of the full Parklife 2024 lineup on January 23rd, 2024, ignited anticipation among music enthusiasts. Boasting a diverse array of artists, the lineup featured the likes of Doja Cat, Disclosure (Live) in a UK Festival Exclusive, J Hus, Becky Hill, KAYTRANADA, Shy FX, Anne-Marie, PAWSA, Dennis Cruz, CamelPhat, Sugababes, Peggy Gou, Sammy Virji, ANOTR, and many more.
As the largest metropolitan music festival in the UK, Parklife attracted music lovers from far and wide to the sprawling grounds of Heaton Park in Manchester. The festival, jointly organized by prominent entities such as Manchester's The Warehouse Project and Live Nation, evolved significantly since its inception.
Initially known as the Mad Ferret Festival and hosted at Platt Fields Park in Rusholme, Parklife relocated to Heaton Park in north Manchester in 2013 to accommodate its growing popularity. By 2023, the non-camping festival boasted a staggering capacity of 82,500 attendees over the two-day extravaganza.
Parklife 2024 promised to deliver an unforgettable weekend of music, camaraderie, and cultural celebration against the iconic backdrop of Heaton Park.
